Welcome to Supa Sign Pros (the "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the transactions and services provided by Supa Sign Pros to its customers (the "Customer"). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If the Customer cancels any project after work has commenced, a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total project cost plus the cost of any completed work may apply.
The Company is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
These Terms, together with any written agreements or quotations, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Custom signs and prints are non-refundable unless they are determined to be defective upon inspection by the Company.
